The hotel is in a convenient location near St Paul's and Paternoster Square, with easy access to St Paul's Underground station and a short walk to The South Bank across the Millennium Bridge. The room had two queen beds instead of three as requested. The evening preparation with complimentary chocolates was a nice touch, though the room did not fully meet a five-star standard. The service was attentive and welcoming, offering me a drink and access to the executive lounge when I seemed distressed. However, at times, the staff seemed to lack clear direction. The dining experience varied, with exceptional value for money in some instances but disappointment in others. The location near St Pauls Subway station and featuring the Sabine bar on the rooftop with a view of St Paul's Cathedral made up for any shortcomings. The hotel had no water feature or pool to relax with, but the cleanness of the area was notable.
